During the hearing, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, while talking to the lawyer, remarked that your case falls under the overseas category and a special bench has been formed in the High Court in this regard.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked that cases related to overseas Pakistanis are heard by the court of Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro; the remaining judges cannot provide justice to overseas Pakistanis.
