Sahiwal MPA Malik Qasim Nadeem has said that providing the best health facilities to the citizens is one of the top priorities of our government.
Talking to the most widely published and Newspaper of the Year award-winning newspaper from the UK, Nawaz Waqt London, English newspaper Daily Dawn London, OK TV UK and Dawn TV (UK), he said that for the development of Sahiwal, special attention is being given to health, education and welfare of farmers along with billions of rupees of development funds. He revealed that Sahiwal Teaching Hospital is a basic need of Sahiwal. With great effort, Malik Nadeem Kamran got it updated by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif during his government, and now the facilities of the Teaching Hospital have improved a lot. When I became an MPA, I saw some disturbances in which I pointed out two major plants. One CSST plant and one laundry plant, which had come into existence a long time ago, but the facilities were not there due to incomplete machinery. When I came to know about this, I then discussed this matter with the Secretariat, the Chief Minister and a committee of the Punjab Assembly, and immediate action was taken. I am happy that by tracing this point of mine, the machinery was also completed, and its facility will be started in the hospital. Two separate high-level committees have been formed on this matter, which will determine accordingly, and action will be taken against the employees and contractors and other persons involved in it.
