Islamabad: A report on the health of PTI founder Imran Khan has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan by Imran Khan’s lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar, in which immediate steps have been recommended regarding Imran Khan’s health.
Earlier, after meeting with Imran Khan at the Supreme Court’s instructions, Barrister Salman Safdar submitted a report on his health to the court yesterday, which was heard by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Shahid Hassan Bilal on Thursday.

The report submitted to the Supreme Court states that Imran Khan reported his vision in both eyes was normal until October 2025; however, after October, he began complaining of continuous blurring of his eyes.
The report states that Imran Khan repeatedly complained to the superintendent of Adiala Jail about eye pain, but the eye was not treated for three months.

According to the report submitted to the Supreme Court, ophthalmologist Dr. Arif examined the eye, but despite treatment, PTI founder Imran Khan’s eyesight remained at only 15 percent.

Imran Khan told Barrister Salman Safdar that a blood clot was diagnosed, which caused the damage. Despite injections and treatment, there was not much improvement in the right eye.

The report states that Imran Khan appeared distressed at not receiving timely treatment, while there was water in his eyes, which he was repeatedly wiping. Imran Khan also said that he had not met his lawyers for five months.

In addition, the report states that Imran Khan expressed three reservations, which included the issue of health, communication with children and not getting books.
According to the report submitted by Barrister Salman Safdar, Imran Khan has also complained that the AC in his cell turns off in the summer, while there are also complaints of mosquitoes and insects, and the cool box he gets is not effective. He also says that he got food poisoning two to three times in the summer and in the winter he gets a small heater.
