Ireland: Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team has arrived in Ireland for World Cup preparations, where the national team will play three matches in the T20 International series at Clone Turf.
Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team’s matches are scheduled for August 6, 8 and 10, however, before the international series matches, the visiting team will practice extensively to adapt to the local conditions.
Pakistan Women’s Team will rest on Monday and practice will begin on Tuesday.
Earlier, the 15-member national women’s squad led by Fatima Sana left Karachi for its destination via Doha early Sunday morning, with Muhammad Wasim serving as the head coach.
The 15-member national women’s squad that arrived in Ireland consists of Fatima Sana (captain), Alia Riaz, Diana Baig, Iman Fatima, Gul Feroza, Muniba Ali, Najiha Alvi (wicketkeeper), Nashra Sindhu, Natalia Pervez, Rameen Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, Shawal Zulfiqar, Sidra Amin, Tuba Hassan and Waheeda Akhtar.
