Riyadh: The official spokesman for the Saudi Defense Ministry, Major General Turki al-Maliki, said that according to initial assessments, the US Embassy in Riyadh was targeted by two drones, and the attack resulted in a limited fire in the building and minor damage.
The US Embassy in Riyadh was empty at the time of the attack and there are no reports of any injuries so far.
