Lahore: Hafiz Abdul Karim has been elected unopposed as Ameer of Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadith.
No candidate came forward to contest against Hafiz Abdul Karim, The Chairman Election Board Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Rashid supervised the election process, and members of the Shura Council participated in the election process at Markazi Ahle Hadith.
It should be noted that Hafiz Abdul Karim has been elected to the post of Emir after the death of Professor Sajid Mir.
Senator Professor Sajid Mir, head of Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan, passed away on May 3 at the age of 87 after a short illness.
Professor Sajid Mir had been the head of his party for the past 40 years and was also a member of the Upper House, Senate, 5 times.
