Three players of the Defence Hockey Academy Lahore leave for China to participate in the Under-18 Asia Cup

Lahore: Three players from the Defence Hockey Academy Lahore have left for China to participate in the Under-18 Asia Cup. Pakistan’s Under-18 national team left Islamabad this morning via PIA to participate in the Under-18 Asia Cup to be held in the Chinese city of Dazhou. They will play their first match in Pool A against Hong Kong tomorrow. This national team includes three players from Defence Hockey Academy Lahore, Ali Hamza, Ali Hanzala and Muhammad Yasin. Defence Hockey Academy Lahore was formally launched on February 1 last year. We congratulate the Pakistan Army (4 Corps Lahore), Defence Housing Authority and Defence Hockey Arena and Academy for selecting these three players for the national team in such a short period.
