Peshawar: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has filed a petition in the Peshawar High Court regarding reserved seats.
This petition has been filed by PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa General Secretary Ali Asghar, stating that reserved seats are the right of PTI.
The petition has taken the position that PTI was not heard in the case regarding reserved seats, the Peshawar High Court was misled on the issue of reserved seats.
The petition has taken the position that the decision of the Peshawar High Court of March 13 and 14, 2024, should be declared null and void, and the petitioner should be given the right to fight the reserved seats case.
PTI has made the Election Commission and others parties in the petition.
