Islamabad: It seems that there are thieves from top to bottom in Pakistan, and advertising companies have started misleading propaganda. The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has recently released a report in which it has been said that companies engaged in misleading marketing have been fined more than one billion rupees.
According to the report, 12 major orders were issued this year, under which fines of more than one billion rupees were imposed on large companies operating in the fertilizer, poultry, automobile, pharmaceutical, real estate, food, hygiene products, paints and education sectors.
These fines have been imposed on entities guilty of serious crimes such as misleading marketing, cartelization and illegal price fixing.
