Sahiwal: In connection with the Independence Day celebrations, a tree plantation campaign was launched at the TB Hospital, organized by Rah Haq Welfare Foundation. Rah Haq Welfare Foundation President Mian Babar Sagheer Anjum, Rana Waheed, Bureau Chief TV, crime reporter Dawn TV, Alamdar Zaidi, Imran Chohan, Malik Mehboob Alam, Umair Kharal and Muhammad Wasif were also present. The tree plantation campaign was inaugurated on this occasion. Babar Sagheer Anjum, in his message on Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, said that the officers and men of the Pakistan Army, Police, and other security agencies have made countless sacrifices for the development, progress, and prosperity of the homeland. These sacrifices require that we all come together to form a society that Allama Iqbal dreamed of. He said, “We have to forget our mutual differences and play our role for the betterment of the country and the nation, and to eliminate pollution from the country, we must all plant a sapling of our own so that dust and dirt can be eliminated from the country.” Rah Haq Welfare Foundation, led by Chairman Chaudhry Sagheer Anjum, will actively participate in the tree plantation campaign this year, as every year and will plant hundreds of saplings, which we have started from today. Earlier, Mian Babar Sagheer Anjum was welcomed by Rana Waheed, Bureau Chief of Dawn TV, Alamdar Hussain Zaidi, Crime Reporter of Dawn TV and garlanded him.
