Sahiwal: August 5 is celebrated every year as Kashmir Exploitation Day. On this day, Indian forces created a new chapter of oppression and tyranny on unarmed Kashmiris under Article 370 and placed Kashmiri brothers under house arrest. This was said by the President of Rah Haq Welfare Foundation and renowned columnist Mian Babar Sagheer while talking to the most widely published and multi-award-winning Newspaper of the Year from Britain, Nawa-i-Waqt London, English newspaper Daily Dawn London, OK TV and Dawn TV. In response to a question, he said that there are strict restrictions on Kashmiris, and Kashmiri brothers and sisters have been massacred. Keeping this in mind, we as Pakistanis equally share in all kinds of suffering of our Kashmiri brothers. On this occasion of this day, to convince the world that the tyranny that India is committing in Kashmir is a blatant violation of human rights. We protest that this violation of human rights should be stopped immediately. Kashmiris should be given their right to self-determination and allowed to live freely. Therefore, August 5 is celebrated as a black day so that we can convince the world that we will continue our protest until the Kashmiris have their right to self-determination and their freedom. The atrocities against our Kashmiri brothers should be stopped immediately, and they should also be allowed to live their lives freely. On this occasion, solidarity was expressed with our Kashmiri brothers. Slogans were raised in favor of the Kashmiris and against India’s oppression, and it was demanded that the Kashmiris be given their right to self-determination.
