Sahiwal: Rah Haq Welfare Foundation President Mian Babar Sagheer Anjum has said that preparations to celebrate Independence Day grandly in Sahiwal, like the rest of Pakistan, have reached their peak. The spring of green crescent flags has arrived across the city, including the office of Rah Haq Welfare Foundation, while stalls of decorative items are set up in various markets, intersections and important places on the occasion of Independence Day, from where citizens can purchase national flags, badges, hats, stickers and other items. On this occasion, we talk to the son of Sahiwal’s Rah Haq Welfare Foundation Chairman Chaudhry Sagheer Anjum, a well-known social figure, youth leader, columnist Mian Babar Sagheer Anjum, while talking to the most widely published and Newspaper of the Year award-winning newspaper from Britain, Nawa-i- Waqt London, English newspaper Daily Dawn London, OK TV and Dawn TV, saying that on the occasion of August 14, along with hoisting the flag, we should all plant a sapling of our own. We should actively participate in the celebrations of August 14 under the national spirit, and we should play our role to raise awareness of Pakistani nationality. The entire nation stands by the Pakistani armed forces. Earlier, on the occasion of Independence Day on August 14, a cake was cut, which was attended by a large number of citizens.
