Sahiwal: In view of the flood situation, CEO Sahiwal Waste Management Company, Iftikhar Ali, visited the flood relief medical camp at Head Sulemanki and adjoining areas. The contractor’s team was also present on the occasion. CEO Iftikhar Ali took a detailed review of the sanitation arrangements in the camp and directed the staff present on the spot to further improve the sanitation system to prevent the spread of any possible epidemic. He said that an effective sanitation system plays a key role in protecting the health of the public during natural disasters. He said that the district administration, waste management company and other relevant institutions can effectively deal with any emergency through full coordination and cooperation. He said that the protection of human life and property is our top priority, and all resources will be utilized for this.
