Islamabad: The federal government of Pakistan has also given the authority to seize or freeze property to further empower the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).
In this regard, a notification has been issued based on the new NCCIA rules, under which the agency has administrative powers, including freezing property or confiscation of property.
But here the question arises as to in which cases and under what procedure the NCCIA can seize or freeze the property of the accused.
