9 judicial officers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa dismissed

Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court has dismissed 9 judicial officers, including additional district and sessions judges and senior civil judges, for violating the code of conduct.

According to the Peshawar High Court announcement, the High Court had launched an inquiry against the judges for violating the code of conduct, and those dismissed from service include additional district and sessions judges, senior civil judges and civil judges.

In this regard, it was said that the inquiry proved the crime against the judges, and the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court issued a show cause to the judges and gave them a chance to clear themselves.

According to the Peshawar High Court, the judges failed to prove their innocence, on the Chief Justice dismissed 9 judges from service.
