Pastor Anwar Fazal’s Special Prayers for Pakistan’s Security, Stability and Pakistan Army
The entire Christian community stands by its Pakistan Army.

A one-day Prayer Festival of a Christian community was organized in Okara, in which special prayers were offered for the security, stability and especially for the Pakistan Army. The festival was led by renowned religious leader Pastor Anwar Fazal, while representatives of the Okara district administration, various bishops, pastors and a large number of the Christian community were also present on the occasion.
Pastor Anwar Fazal said in his address that Pakistan is the country of all of us; we are all Pakistanis, and we are one nation. Pakistan Army is our pride, and if any enemy conspires against Pakistan, the Christian community will stand by the side of the Pakistani army. We will not hesitate to make any sacrifice to protect our homeland.
He further said that this homeland has been achieved through the sacrifices of our martyrs, who made this land safe by sacrificing their lives. Today we have to maintain our unity, love and brotherhood, because this unity is our real strength.
Pastor Anwar Fazal appealed to the Christian community to take practical steps along with prayers, especially at a time when our flood-affected brothers and sisters are facing difficulties; we have to stand with them, help and console them. This is the time for us as Pakistanis to step forward and be a support for each other. At the end of the festival, special prayers were offered for the security of Pakistan, the end of terrorism, interfaith harmony, national unity and the rehabilitation of flood victims.
