London: The British High Court has given a major ruling in favor of Palestine Action, an activist organization that has been raising an effective voice against Israeli atrocities.

The British government had imposed restrictions on an activist organization called Palestine Action, which the group approached the court over.

After a long hearing, a three-member bench ruled that the government’s ban on Palestine Action was unlawful.

While pronouncing the ruling, Judge Victoria Sharp said that there was no trace of terrorism in the organization’s activities.

The court said in its ruling that the government ban violated the fundamental right to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.

The court indicated that it would issue an order to annul the decision of the Home Secretary.

However, the British court made it clear that the government has the right to appeal the decision, so the ban on the organization will remain in place for the time being until the legal process is completed.

The British Home Secretary expressed disappointment at the court decision and said that she would appeal against it.
