London: Community Iftar Dinner at Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Center, participation of various schools of thought and community leaders

London: A community iftar dinner was organized at Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Center on the occasion of the month of Ramadan.

Press Minister Ali Nawaz Malik was a special guest on behalf of the Pakistan Commission. On this occasion, important figures from different religions and walks of life, including the Pakistani community, scholars, leading community leaders, local councilors, police officers, and local people were present.

On the occasion of the iftar dinner, Chairman of Khatm-e-Nabuwwat Center, Taha Qureshi MBE, emphasized the blessings of Ramadan, mutual tolerance, and community harmony.


‎Umar Mahmood, Deputy CO of Ashhadah Housing, an organization that provides housing to Muslim homeless people, said that such gatherings promote harmony and brotherhood between different religions and cultures and send a positive message in British society.

The special guest, Ali Nawaz Malik, Press Minister, Pakistan High Commission, Taha Qureshi (MBE), Zeeshan Ali, and others also spoke on the occasion.
A special prayer was also offered before the Iftar, in which prayers were offered for the safety of the Muslim Ummah, the progress and prosperity of Pakistan and the UK, and peace throughout the world.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests were treated to a traditional Iftar.
