Pakistani filmmaker Muhammad Ali Naqvi nominated for an international award

London: Renowned filmmaker Muhammad Ali Naqvi from Pakistan has once again achieved great success at the international level.

His latest documentary “Turning Point: The Bomb and the Cold War” has been nominated in the category of Best Historical Documentary at the Emmy Awards.

This is Muhammad Ali Naqvi’s fourth nomination at the Emmy Awards. It may be recalled that he was the first Pakistani to be nominated for a Primetime Emmy in 2023, through which he created new history for Pakistan.

Commenting on his latest success, Muhammad Ali Naqvi said that a prestigious award like the Emmy is once again appreciating his work, and this honor is a source of pride for him.

He said, “Telling stories that transcend borders on a global scale is a great responsibility that I take seriously.”
