60 crore fraud, Indian film star Shilpa Shetty announces to close her restaurant

Mumbai: India’s leading actress and businesswoman Shilpa Shetty has announced that close her restaurant.

Actress Shilpa Shetty’s announcement to close this restaurant in Mumbai’s Bandra area has come at a time when she and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, are dealing with a controversy over a 60 crore fraud.

This announcement was made by Shilpa on Instagram, in which she wrote that ‘This Thursday is the day of the end of an era as we say goodbye to one of Mumbai’s most famous places, Bastian Bandra. A place that gave us countless memories, unforgettable nights and moments that gave a beautiful shape to the city’s nightlife.

She also said that other branches of this restaurant in the city are still available.

It may be recalled that these days, Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra are once again embroiled in a controversy. Businessman Deepak Kothari, director of Lotus Capital Financial Services Limited, has leveled allegations of fraud of Rs 60 crore against them.

However, while talking to the Indian media, Shilpa and Raj’s lawyer Prashant Patil has denied these allegations.
