Lahore: Provincial Sports Minister Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar visited Nishtar Park Sports Complex where he made a detailed inspection of the hostels of the players participating in the Summer Games 2025 organized by the Punjab Sports Board. On this occasion, Director General Sports Punjab, Khizr Afzal Chaudhry, while giving a detailed briefing to the provincial minister regarding the facilities provided for the players, said that more than 700 players are being provided with international standard accommodation, food, medical aid, security, cold water, AC, daily allowance and all other facilities in the hostel.
The provincial minister himself tasted the water assessed its quality and obtained feedback from the players, especially women, regarding the cleanliness and sanitation arrangements. Announcing important good news for the players, the Sports Minister said that on the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, all players participating in the Summer Games will be provided with three quality meals a day.
