Islamabad: The Prime Minister Citizen Portal, created to redress public complaints in Pakistan, has been closed for the past two months, due to which citizens are facing severe problems.
For the past two months, citizens have not been able to access the Pakistan Citizen Portal due to necessary repairs, due to which this application is not working effectively for a large number of people.
The Citizen Portal was introduced during the tenure of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, at that time Imran Khan had admitted the inattention of public complaints by government officials and appealed to citizens to register their complaints through this portal.
