Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ijaz Chaudhry has been immediately shifted to the hospital after his health deteriorated in jail.
According to lawyer Rana Mudassar Advocate, Ijaz Chaudhry has a kidney infection due to which he is facing severe pain, while seven stones have also been found in his gallbladder.
Jail authorities immediately shifted Ijaz Chaudhry to the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute (PKLI) in Lahore due to his pain.
The lawyer said that Ijaz Chaudhry has so far lost 22 kilograms, and various medical tests are underway in the hospital.
