Lahore: The Punjab Police’s Riot Management Force has announced a new decision to start using dogs and horses to control violent protests and riots.
According to DIG Riot Management Asad Sarfraz, the force is purchasing eight Belgian Malinois breed dogs that will be young and will be given special training.
In addition, six horses are also being acquired, the total value of which is one crore rupees. Two water cannons and an armored vehicle are also being added to these resources. All this equipment will be used to control riots, riots and violent protests.
