Sahiwal: Billions of rupees of corruption revealed. A project costing Rs 3.58 billion could not be completed after 9 years despite spending Rs 9.30 billion 11 lakh. According to sources, the team personally questioned the four former principals of Sahiwal Medical College, Professor Dr. Zafar Tanveer Hussain, Professor Dr. Arshad Qureshi, Professor Dr. Zahid Kamal and Professor Dr. Muhammad Rashid Qamar, regarding the incompleteness of the steam unit of laundry and surgical equipment. Now the next stage of the inquiry will be held on October 6 and on October 16, 13 former medical superintendents of Sahiwal Teaching Hospital have been summoned, including medical superintendents from 2016-17 to May 15, 2025. Several of them have also retired, including Dr. Abdul Aziz Sheikh, Dr. Abdul Waheed, Dr. Ijaz Haider, Dr. Shahid Nazir, Dr. Basharat Rashid, Dr. Abdul Waheed, Dr. Zubair Mahmood Tariq, Dr. Muhammad Israr Zafar, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed Supra, Dr. Akhtar Mehboob, Dr. Shar Ahmed Siddi, Dr. Mujahid Hussain and Dr. Ijaz Haider.
