Imran Khan’s petition to close the X account is set for a hearing

The Islamabad High Court has set November 4 for hearing the petition to close Imran Khan’s former Twitter (X) account. The petition has been filed by Ghulam Murtaza through lawyer Barrister Zafarullah, in which the court has been asked to remove the alleged malicious posts from the X account during Imran Khan’s imprisonment and prevent further dissemination.

The Registrar’s Office has issued the cause list of the case and Arbab Muhammad Tahir will hear it. The court has issued a notice to the founder PTI and sought a response, while the National Cyber ​​Crime Agency, Superintendent Jail and other relevant parties have also been asked to respond.
