Islamabad: Shaheed Arshad Sharif’s mother, Rifat Ara Alvi, has passed away. Arshad Sharif’s mother had been ill for a long time, and she passed away today.
Martyred journalist Arshad Sharif’s mother, Rifat Ara Alvi, has passed away. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi expressed grief over the death of martyred journalist Arshad Sharif’s mother.
Sohail Afridi said that Arshad Sharif’s mother was a brave and great mother who raised a son who held a high knowledge of truth, and a brave and principled journalist like Shaheed Arshad Sharif is the pride of the nation.
The Chief Minister said that he prayed for the deceased to be elevated to the highest ranks and for the family to be patient.
Sohail Afridi said that Arshad Sharif’s sacrifice will be written in golden letters in the history of journalism, and the nation will always remember Arshad Sharif and his great mother.
