London: In a press briefing in East London, Sajjad Afzal Shaal and Noman Ali, Directors of Alliance Advertising & Marketing Limited (ALLIANCE ADVERTISING & MARKETING LTD), informed about the aims and objectives of the summit and said that the aim of the summit is to celebrate the record increase in remittances in the financial year 2024-2025 and to bring all stakeholders together to adopt a future course of action.
He said that the use of modern technology will make it possible to increase remittances.
There will also be a cultural program on the closing day of the event in which Pakistani artists will participate.
The international conference is organised in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and the Pakistan Remittance Initiative (PRI). The summit will include senior officials from the State Bank of Pakistan, representatives from the Federal Ministry of Finance and Overseas Pakistanis, heads of Pakistani and international banks, and Fintech companies.
As part of this, a community and cultural event will be held at the Pyramid in Manchester on December 4, 2025, to acknowledge the valuable contributions of our overseas Pakistani families, professionals, workers and students, whose hard work continues to support Pakistan’s economy. This will be followed by a special event on the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) in London on December 5, 2025, to showcase the features of the Roshan Digital Account, attractive investment opportunities such as Naya Pakistan Certificates, and various financing facilities.
We invite the Pakistani community across the UK to join us in this celebration, so that we can unite under national pride and pay tribute to those overseas Pakistanis who are busy strengthening their homeland even from afar.
Let us celebrate our achievements so far and reaffirm our shared commitment to promoting remittances and recognizing the vital role of overseas Pakistanis, who are playing a central role in strengthening Pakistan’s economy and shaping its future.
