London: Renowned model Nadine Ayoub has announced that she will represent Palestine in the famous Miss Universe beauty pageant.
The 74th edition of the Miss Universe beauty pageant will be held in Pak Kret, Thailand, in November this year.
This will be the first time that a model from Palestine will participate in Miss Universe.
Posting on the social media platform Instagram, Nadine Ayoub wrote, “Today I am stepping onto the Miss Universe stage not just with an honor but with a truth. When Palestine, especially Gaza, is going through pain and trauma, I have come as the voice of a nation that refuses to be silenced.”
