Anger and intensity are clearly visible in the protests between anti-immigrants and supporters
News Desk Daily Dawn, Dawn TV report
London: The Starmer government is trying to deal with the impact of a court order under which a hotel located on the outskirts of London will be forced to evict refugees staying in it.
The court decision has created a new problem for the government, which is already struggling to meet its responsibility to stop illegal migration and house asylum seekers.
Migrants have become a political conflict in Britain as Western countries try to cope with the flood of people who are fleeing war zones, poverty, climate change or political repression in search of a better life.
The debate in Britain has focused particularly on migrants who cross the English Channel in overcrowded boats as a result of the illegal activities of people smugglers. The growing strain of housing thousands of refugees at government expense is also a topic of discussion.
To address the crisis, the Starmer government announced on Sunday that it would speed up decisions on asylum appeals, which could lead to more deportations and reduce the backlog of cases.
