Those who made others safe in Pakistan became unsafe themselves: Six agency officers go missing, including officers from Lahore, Gujranwala and Islamabad

Islamabad: The National Cyber ​​Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), established in May this year, was intended to prevent online crimes in the country and arrest those involved in cyber attacks, but several officers of the same agency investigating such cases have gone missing themselves.
A total of six NCCIA officers have gone missing so far, including officers from Lahore, Gujranwala and Islamabad.
An additional director, a deputy director and an assistant director from Lahore mysteriously disappeared last week, while one assistant director each from Gujranwala and Rawalpindi has also been allegedly kidnapped.

The latest incident of a missing NCIA officer took place in Islamabad, where the agency’s Deputy Director of Operations Muhammad Usman was abducted on the evening of October 14. An FIR registered at Shams Colony police station in Islamabad on the complaint of the abductee’s wife states that he resides in Zara Heights, H-13.
On the evening of October 14, at around 7:30 pm, four unidentified persons in a white Toyota Corolla abducted her husband at gunpoint and took him to an unknown location, whose whereabouts are yet to be ascertained.
