London: A gathering was organized at Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre London on the topic of character building of present and future generations.

Sardar Mahmood Ahmed, founder of the famous The Red Foundation, who is the head of the current Character Education Foundation, said that with the blessings of the Character Education Foundation, we are working with the government in Azad Kashmir, besides other cities of Pakistan, on education and special training, which is very important for the present and future generations.
He said that on how to overcome the lack of education along with training, we have created a model in Azad Kashmir, which has also been adopted by the government. Today I will inform you about it and then we will think that if we make education along with training a success as a model in one place, then it will be easy to take it to the entire country. We have to think about changing the entire society, for this, there will be no change until something goes wrong within 100 percent of the institutions. This is our goal.
He said that in 1994, I founded the Red Foundation with one teacher and 25 children, while today in Azad Kashmir, 125,000 students are studying in 400 educational institutions and the number of teachers is 6,000, while I retired after being the chairman and CEO of this institution for twenty years.
He said that when I founded the Red Foundation, I thought that education was the biggest problem of our country, but with time, my thinking changed and a bigger problem than education was the crisis of training.
In addition, Chaudhry Dilpaiz and Qari Mahmood-ul-Hassan Firashvi also spoke, while other participants included special guests: Sardar Mahmood Ahmed (renowned founder of the Reed Foundation), Kabir Sabir (former Tory advisor and parliamentary candidate), Professor Zafar Advocate, Chaudhry Sabir Hussain, Aamir Khan, Adil Malik, Chaudhry Rashid Ahmed, Shafiq Hussain, Raja Najabat Bhatti, Qari Mahmood-ul-Hassan Firashvi, Chaudhry Afzal Mahmood, Chaudhry Dilpaiz, Chaudhry Tahir Mahmood, Khalid Iqbal Malik, Councilor Maroof Hussain.
