London: A British court has declared YouTuber Captain (R) Adil Raja’s allegations against Brigadier (R) Rashid Naseer as baseless and imposed a fine of 50 thousand pounds on him.

A British court has ruled in favor of Brigadier (R) Rashid Naseer in the case against YouTuber Captain (R) Adil Raja.

The British court has ordered Captain (retd) Adil Raja to pay 50,000 pounds in damages to Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer, while Adil Raja will also have to bear the costs of the case.

The British court has ruled in its decision that no evidence was found for Adil Raja’s claims, Adil Raja’s social media posts damaged Rashid Naseer’s reputation.

It should be recalled that earlier, Adil Raja had failed to defend his application to dismiss the defamation case against him and the British court, after hearing the arguments of the lawyers of the parties, imposed a fine of 10,000 pounds on Adil Raja while delivering its decision.

The British court had ordered Adil Raja to pay 10,000 pounds to Brigadier (retd) Rashid Naseer for an injunction and security costs.
