Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court has ordered the blocking of Aleema Khan’s passport and identity card and freezing of all bank accounts for not appearing in court despite complying with the arrest warrant.

Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard the November 26 protest case registered at Sadiqabad police station.

During the hearing, Aleema Khan did not appear despite complying with the arrest warrant issued by the court. The court issued an order to seize the property of the guarantor of the accused Aleema Khan against the government and ordered the DG NADRA and DG Passport to block Aleema Khan’s national identity card and passport.

The court ordered the Governor of the State Bank to freeze all bank accounts of Aleema Khan, remarking that the accused is present everywhere, does not appear in court, and the presence of the accused will be ensured in any case. The court adjourned the hearing of the case until Monday, October 27.
