600-mile-long snowstorm predicted in Britain

London: After mild weather and light sunshine in Britain, meteorologists have now predicted snowfall next week.

According to meteorologists, light snowfall is expected across the country on March 12. In the afternoon, up to 1 cm of snow is expected in the southwestern areas, including Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, which may spread to Birmingham.

According to Dawn Media, snow is likely to fall from Birmingham to Edinburgh, passing near Manchester, up to 2 cm of snow may fall in the North Pennines, most areas of Wales will be affected, while there is a low chance of snow in Pembrokeshire and the eastern parts of Scotland will be mostly safe.

Further snowfall is expected at 6am on March 14, which could affect areas north of Exeter in southwest England, south Wales, Conwy, Denbighshire, the Peak District and the North Pennines, with the heaviest snowfall expected in the Scottish Highlands.

According to weather experts, this snowfall will not be heavy, but a few centimetres of snow is likely to fall with light blizzards, however, citizens have been advised to be cautious and monitor weather conditions.
