Peshawar: Jamaat-e-Islami Peshawar leader and local councilor of village Badhani Haji Hameed Gul was shot dead by unknown persons.
After the incident, Nowshera and Peshawar police raised a boundary dispute, over which the relatives and local people protested by placing the body of the deceased on the motorway. On this occasion, the motorway was completely closed to all types of traffic.
Addressing the protesters, Jamaat-e-Islami Peshawar Deputy Ameer Hamdullah Jan Badhani said that terrorism has started raising its head once again and no one’s property and life are safe.
He said that Haji Hameed Gul was a fearless and fearless person who was always at the forefront of selfless service to the people of his village and had no enmity with anyone.
