UNDP and Nai Zindagi NGO included, refusing to provide details of use

Islamabad: Sources have revealed to the most widely published and newspaper of the year from the UK, Nawa-i-Waqt, Dawn London, OK TV, and Dawn TV that US$65 million was provided to Pakistan for HIV and AIDS control during 2024-2026, of which only $3.9 million was given to the Ministry of Health. $61.1 million was released to UNDP and an NGO called “Nai Zindagi”.
The details of the use of funds by NGOs are not being provided, and the ministry is refusing to provide information in this regard, which is a matter of concern.
