Meetings with PTI founder suspended in Adiala Jail, despite court order, sisters, leaders and lawyers could not meet Imran Khan even today

Rawalpindi: Due to a public holiday across the country on May 1, International Workers’ Day, no meeting will be possible with the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Adiala Jail.

According to prison sources, public meetings with prisoners and detainees will also remain suspended due to the holiday.

According to sources, PTI leader Intizar Panjhutha had sent a list of six senior political comrades to the prison authorities to meet the founding party chairman. The names of Syed Fakhar Jahan, Sohail Khan, Shahid Khattak, Mian Ghaus, Azhar Tariq, and Bilal Umar Bodla were included in this list. However, due to the holiday, this meeting will now be possible next week.

Despite the court order, sisters, leaders and lawyers could not meet Imran Khan even today.
