Islamabad: Supreme Court Judge Justice Ayesha Malik has written a letter to Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi, saying that the IT department is not uploading our order in the case of reserved seats.

According to the British channel Dawn TV, Justice Ayesha Malik has written in the letter sent to the Chief Justice that I and Justice Aqeel Abbasi disagreed in the case of reserved seats.

She further wrote that the order was issued at 3:11 pm yesterday, but the IT department did not upload it, when asked again today, it was told that this order cannot be uploaded.

Justice Ayesha Malik further wrote that the non-compliance by the department is intolerable, it is requested that the order be uploaded without any delay.

It should be noted that on May 6, the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court accepted the review petitions on the reserved seat decision for hearing and issued notices to the parties.

According to Nawa-i-Waqt and Dawn Media, members of the bench, Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi, dissenting, declared the review petitions inadmissible.
