Peshawar: Lahore Swabi Tehsil Bar President Tanveer Shahzad Advocate sent a legal notice to Chairman PTA General (retd) Hafeez-ur-Rehman over the issue of indecent conversation with ANP chief Aimal Wali Khan in the Standing Committee meeting.
Taking a stand, Lahore Swabi Tehsil Bar President Tanveer Shahzad Advocate said that I am a member of the Awami National Party and as a member, I am sending a notice to Chairman PTA Haifa-ur-Rehman.
He has said in his notice that during the committee meeting, he had an indecent conversation with Senator Aimal Wali Khan, the head of the Awami National Party. Aimal Wali Khan is a recognized figure at the international and national levels. His reputation has been damaged by the indecent conversation, while my reputation as a member of the party has also been damaged. In the legal notice, the PTA chairman was warned that he should apologize to Aimal Wali Khan in the media within 15 days, otherwise a claim for damages of Rs 100 million will be filed.
