Bajor: Assistant Commissioner Nawagai Faisal Sultan’s vehicle was targeted with a remote-controlled bomb, Tehsildar Nawagai and 2 police personnel were among the martyrs
A blast in Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa killed 5 people including the Assistant Commissioner and Tehsildar, while 16 were injured.
DPO Bajaur Waqas Rafique said that a government vehicle was targeted in the blast, as a result of which Assistant Commissioner Faisal Ismail and Tehsildar Abdul Wakil Khan who were riding in it were killed.
According to the police, the explosion took place on the Navagai Phatak Road in Siddiqabad area of Khar tehsil. The injured have been shifted to the hospital.
