PAKPATTAN: On the fourth day of the 783rd annual Urs celebrations of Baba Fariduddin Masood Ganj Shakar, Commissioner Sahiwal Division Dr. Asif Tufail and Regional Police Officer Sahiwal Mehboob Rashid were successful in unlocking the Beheshti Darwaza. Commissioner Sahiwal, Dr. Asif Tufail, said that the saints of perfection played a key role in the propagation and spread of Islam in the Indian subcontinent. RPO Sahiwal Mehboob Rashid said in his statement that the saints promoted the universal message of love, brotherhood and humanity. After unlocking the Beheshti Darwaza, Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail and RPO Mehboob Rashid offered Fateha at the shrine and prayed for the progress and security of the country. On this occasion, a magnificent fireworks display was also held in the courtyard of the dargah.
