Swat: Awami National Party Central President Senator Aimal Wali Khan has said that he has rejected the committee formed by the Prime Minister for merging districts.
Addressing a condolence reference in Swat, ANP Central President Senator Aimal Wali Khan said that it is strange that the committee has been appointed by a person whom even my district president in Shangla does not accept, and the members have been brought from Punjab. Does he understand the traditions of the Pakhtuns?
Aimal Wali Khan said that I have also said in my meeting with Shahbaz Sharif that the 25th Constitutional Amendment was of the Muslim League through which the tribal people were freed from FCR and included in Pakhtunkhwa. If you backtrack on this law, then remember that we Pakhtuns will not accept these lines. This is not just a law for us, but also a will and an advice.
