National team announced for Bangladesh tour, Babar, Rizwan, and Shaheen ignored again.

Lahore: The national team has been announced for the T20 series against Bangladesh, with senior players once again rested.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sameer Ahmed Syed and Advisor to Chairman PCB Aamir Mahmood announced the national team for the Bangladesh tour.

The Pakistani squad includes captain Salman Ali Agha, Abbas Afridi, Abrar Ahmed, Ahmed Daniyal, Faheem Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Saim Ayub and Hussain Talat.

Other players include Muhammad Haris, Sahibzada Farhan, Hassan Nawaz, Khushdil Shah, Salman Mirza, Safyan Muqim and Muhammad Nawaz.

Senior players Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Shaheen Shah Afridi have once again not found a place in the 15-member squad for the 3-match T20 series against Bangladesh.

Fast bowlers Salman Mirza and Ahmed Daniyal have been included in the team, while spinner Mohammad Nawaz has also returned, while Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan have been ruled out of the squad due to injury.

The training camp of the Pakistani squad for the tour of Bangladesh and the West Indies is continuing in Karachi from Wednesday.

The training camp, which started on July 9, will continue in Karachi until July 15, and the Pakistan cricket team will leave for Dhaka on July 16.

It should be noted that 3 T20 matches between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be played on July 20, 22 and 24 at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

Later, the national squad will go to the United States and then to the West Indies to play a T20 and ODI series against the West Indies.

The three matches of the T20 series between Pakistan and West Indies will be played in the US state of Florida on July 31, August 2 and 3 respectively.

At the end of the T20 series, the national team will head to Trinidad for the ODI series, where 3 ODI matches between the two teams are scheduled on August 8, 10 and 12.
