London: Jemima Goldsmith, the ex-wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, has alleged that her sons are not being allowed to talk to their father on the phone.
In a statement released on the social networking website ‘X’, she alleged that her ex-husband has been in solitary confinement for almost 2 years.
Jemima Goldsmith alleged that the Pakistani government is threatening that if her sons go to Pakistan and meet her, they will also be arrested and put in jail. This does not happen in any democracy or in me. This is not politics, but an act of personal enmity.
It should be remembered that the Prime Minister’s Advisor Rana Sanaullah has said that if someone tries to riot from abroad, he will be arrested.
Barrister Aqeel Malik has also made it clear that if a British passport holder applies for a visa with the intention of running a political campaign, he cannot be issued a visa.
Senator Irfan Siddiqui, belonging to the Muslim League (N), had said that if Qasim and Suleman come to Pakistan, they will melt in the heat here, but they will not get their father released.
He had said that PTI founder Imran Khan can only be released through his correct behavior.
It should be remembered that earlier, Imran Khan’s son Qasim had also said in a message on X that his father is not allowed to talk to his children, is not even given access to a personal physician, and has been in jail for more than 700 days.
