Akhtar Mengal wrote that immigration officials told him that his name is included in the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Akhtar Mengal was traveling from Quetta to Dubai on a private airline flight, but he was offloaded.
Confirming the incident on the social networking website, Akhtar Mengal informed in his message that immigration officials removed him from the flight after giving a reason.
He wrote that the last time my name was included in such a list was during the Musharraf era. This mention is only for context and comparison.
