Lahore: Sources in the Pakistan Hockey Federation have told Daily Dawn, Dawn TV, that the government has also received positive signals to participate in the Pro Hockey League.
The Pakistan Hockey Federation has also expressed hope of participating in the league.
It should be remembered that New Zealand had decided to withdraw from the Pro League while Pakistan was invited to participate.
Sources said that the situation may become clear during the next week, the International Hockey Federation has given Pakistan a deadline of August 12 to confirm.
