Islamabad: The leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has finalized its August 5 protest plan, calling all members of the National Assembly and senators to Islamabad to protest outside Adiala Jail.
Dawn sources say that the provincial assembly members will protest in their respective constituencies, the central leadership has completed consultations with all provincial presidents and chief organizers.
According to sources, the protest will be held from the platform of the Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan, which will be fully supervised by PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja.
Sindh, Balochistan, KPTI and Punjab officials have conveyed the protest schedule to the top leadership, all ticket holders have also been alerted, provincial presidents and coordinators will be in touch with the leadership.
