Balochistan: Assistant Commissioner and his son kidnapped, Rs 50 million cash reward announced for tracing

Quetta: The Balochistan government has announced a cash reward of Rs 50 million for tracing the kidnappers of Assistant Commissioner (AC) Muhammad Afzal and his son from Ziarat’s Zizari area.

According to a notification issued by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ziarat Zakaullah, terrorists abducted the Assistant Commissioner and his son from Zizari on August 10.

After the incident, a search operation is underway by law enforcement agencies, and the public, tribal elders and media representatives have also been appealed to provide credible information about the kidnappers.

The Balochistan government has announced that a cash reward of Rs 50 million will be given to the person providing information, and their names will be kept completely confidential to ensure their safety.

The Balochistan government has said that the tragic incident has sparked a wave of concern in the area, and government agencies are using all resources to safely recover the kidnapped Assistant Commissioner and his son.
