QUETTA: Security forces have arrested a university lecturer who facilitated the terrorist group on the tip-off of a suicide bomber arrested in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan.
Security sources said that a suicide bomber was arrested in Quetta on August 11, on the tip-off of which a lecturer at a university in Balochistan, Dr. Usman Qazi, was caught, who is affiliated with a banned organization.
Security sources also said that the arrested lecturer has confessed to helping in the attack on a railway station in 2024 and training dozens of terrorists.
According to sources, a teacher at a university in Balochistan was planning a major terrorist attack on August 14, but the timely action of the forces averted large-scale destruction.
